REGISTRATION

Please register early by completing the attached registration form. If you are not pre-registered you will be required to pay additional fees. Pre-registration is defined as payment received 30 days prior to your reunion date. The additional fees are as follows, 30 days prior to your reunion add $10.00 per person to the preprinted price. If you are not pre-registered 7 days prior to your reunion date, you will be required to pay at the door with an additional $20.00 fee per person. All forms of payment (excluding checks) will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Friday, one week prior to the reunion. Forms of payment include Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Visa, MasterCard and cash. Checks will only be accepted until two weeks prior to your event. The date is preprinted on your registration form.

You WILL NOT receive tickets in the mail. You will receive your pass at the door by providing the last name you used in high school. By providing us with a valid email address, we will send you a cofirmation of your payment via email.

CANCELLATIONS

Full or partial refunds are only provided with a written request. Written requests must be received by Reunionz International, Inc., no later than 7 days prior to the reunion. Refunds will be processed and mailed approximately 4 weeks after the reunion. After 7 days prior, NO refunds will be issued.

REUNION FEES

The cost to attend the reunion is per person. The price includes the cost of locating your class members, negotiating & contracting your catering needs, payment of all necessary deposits, entertainment (if applicable), designing and producing all reunion notifications, postage, printing, envelopes, decorations (if applicable), nametags, data entry services, financial management service, customer service, management of all vendors, staffing the event, processing and acceptance of payment to include credit cards, website listing and party supplies.

Classmates.com is a separate entity from Reunionz International, Inc. To insure you receive the appropriate information you must update your address with Reunionz International, Inc. and to insure you are properly registered for your reunion, you must register with Reunion Celebrations, Inc. not Classmates.com.
